Ross Branch landed Hero MotoSports its second ever stage win. Mason Klein, second in the special, comes out in a much stronger position. BAS World KTM Racing’s young private biker has moved into the lead of the Dakar ahead of the rest day, pushing his compatriot Skyler Howes, the previous leader of the race, into second at 47 seconds. KTM’s Kevin Benavides (+2′00″) and Toby Price (+2′45″) are third and fourth overall.
